Hi there!

We're Tushar and Kaushik. From Feb 27 to March 1, we’re taking over Bentota to toast our love with sun, laughter, and a touch of mild chaos — and we’d be thrilled if you were there to join us.

Our Story

Like every great modern love story, ours began on a dating app. We matched on Hinge — only to realise, many weeks later, that we were actually each other’s very first date on the app.

Tushar arrived with a half‑finished bottle of wine (which he graciously emptied all by himself), and we bonded over our unhealthy obsession with Vice President Selina Meyer. Since that night, we’ve never once annoyed each other (at least in our version of events), uncovered several more unhealthy obsessions, and needed only seven short years of dating to decide it was time to celebrate this union with all our favourite people.

FAQs

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 30, 2025 so we can confirm room availability and finalise arrangements. After that date, we can’t guarantee rooms at the pre‑booked hotels.

Where should I fly into?

The closest airport is Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Colombo. It’s about a 2‑hour drive to Bentota.

Will there be transfers from the airport?

Yes. We’ll organise group transfers from Colombo to Bentota on Feb 27 and return transfers on Mar 1. We’ll share a form closer to the date so you can share arrival times.

Where are we staying?

We’ve pre‑booked rooms for everyone at hotels in Bentota for Feb 27 (check‑in) to Mar 1 (check‑out).

What’s the dress code?

Beach Party. Light, airy, tropical and dance‑friendly. Heels optional; sunglasses essential; sequins encouraged.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invite says “+1”, then yes — we can’t wait to meet them. If it doesn’t, that means we’d like you all to ourselves this time.

Do I need to worry about visas?

Most visitors will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for Sri Lanka. It’s a quick online process; we’ll share the link nearer the date.
